Research Focus

I work on implementing mathematical modeling to improve biomanufacturing of glycoproteins. Kinetic and stoichiometric models are used to study the effects of Critical Process Parameters (CPP) on Chinese Hamster Ovary cell metabolism. Models for site-specific N-linked glycosylation were built to study the effect of CPPs on site-specific N-linked glycosylation.
